We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but in the event you wish to return it you must do so using the following procedures. Please note that you must enclose the original delivery note when returning parts.
Surplus To Requirements / Incorrect Part Ordered
If you no longer require the part you must notify us within 7 days from receiving your delivery. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and request that you return the item to our warehouse address below. The part must be unused and in the original packaging to allow us to process a credit. We will refund the price of the part(s) less a 10% handling fee - carriage charges will not be refunded. Special order parts will be subject to a returns handling fee, ranging from 70% to 100% of the price of the part.
Parts are covered by a 30 day parts and labour warranty if fitted by an Authorised MySpareParts Service Agent. If you decide to fit the parts yourself, no manufacturer warranty is provided. If you have experienced a part failure when fitted by an authorised engineer, please Contact Us immediately to arrange for an engineer to check the failure. If you have fitted the part yourself you may return the part for inspection. If the part has failed prematurely we will refund the cost of the part and carriage. If no fault is found no refund will be given.
Orders for stock parts may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Please call or email immediately if you need to cancel an order. Special orders (non stock items) cannot be cancelled and you will be charged.
