• Parts should only be fitted by an official Cata / Designair service engineer or competent person, in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Parts fitted by an official Cata / Designair service engineer will come with a 90 day warranty.
• Should you decide to replace a part on your appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the mains. Once the part has been replaced it is important to carry out earth continuity and insulation resistance tests prior to reconnecting the mains supply.
• Gas appliance parts must be only be fitted and tested by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK is charged £5.00 per delivery (exc VAT)

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland is charged at £14.00 per delivery (exc VAT)

(Post Code Areas PA / PH / AB / IV / KW / BT)

Eire & Island is charged at £19.00 per delivery (exc VAT)

(Eire & Islands Post Code Areas IM / GY9 / ZE1-3 / HS1-9 / KW1 & KW15-17 / EIRE)

Delivery is free for orders over £100.00 (including VAT)
